Career Training

ZNRG Foundation builds workforce pathways that connect individuals to stable, high-quality careers across essential industries. Each pathway is built around employer demand, industry-recognized credentials, and practical, hands-on experience.

How It Works

How Our Programs Work

01

Career Exploration

We start by helping participants understand what careers are available and what they look like in practice. Through industry career treks, employer panels, and one-on-one advising, we expose individuals to roles they may not have known existed.
