Karan Takhar | Founder & CEO
Karan Takhar is the founder and CEO of ZNRG Foundation, where he leads workforce development programs connecting people to careers across infrastructure, energy, healthcare, and technical industries. A dual MBA candidate at the Wharton School and Harvard Kennedy School, Karan has conducted over 120 conversations with global energy and infrastructure leaders through The ZNRG Podcast, building a network that informs the Foundation’s employer partnerships and program design. His background includes a U.S. Department of Energy international affairs fellowship and experience across energy policy, project finance, and infrastructure development.
